Frequently Asked Questions

1) What is your approach to photographing weddings?

At Bryan’s Photography, we believe in capturing the emotions, natural expressions, special moments, and unique details that make your wedding such a beautiful occasion. We have extensive experience in posing and portraiture and know how important these traditional types of shots can be. We also take many candid photos of you and your guests before, during, and after your ceremony. Before your wedding, we will work with you to decide what photos, both posed and candid, you would like to have so that you will have the perfect memories that will last a lifetime.

2) When will we be able to view the photographs from our wedding?

In general, your photos will be ready right after your honeymoon, two to three weeks after the wedding. We take great care and attention towards selecting and editing your photos. We generally spend about 30 hours after the wedding sorting through images, cropping the photographs, ordering your proofs, creating your online gallery, and preparing your wedding album.

3) How many photographs will you take on our wedding day?

Unlimited. Some photographers will limit their quantity to 100 or whatever figure they decide. Imagine if they have filled the quota and the perfect candid shot presents itself; what then? They may not be ready to take the perfect picture because they have reached their limit for the day. At Bryan’s Photography, we will take unlimited photographs during the time period that you reserved. We will seize every opportunity to catch the best shots and add them to your collection.

4) Will Bryan's Photography do retouching for enlargements?

Yes. Once you have chosen the images that you want enlarged, we will carefully make any fine adjustments in color, contrast, brightness, and cropping necessary before printing your photographs. If there are certain areas that you would like retouched or softened, please let us know and we can provide this service.

5) Everyone has a digital camera these days. Why should I choose the professional services of Bryan's Photography?

Experience. We have extensive experience and training in capturing all of the memories and unique moments from wedding ceremonies. Many of the important moments that occur during a wedding pass by in just a few seconds and you need the skills and service of an experienced photographer to make sure that each one will last a lifetime. There is so much more that is involved with photographing a wedding than just point-and-shoot. We use advanced lighting techniques, telephoto lenses, aperture settings, and superior quality photographic printing to produce the quality prints that point-and-shoot cameras just cannot achieve. Lastly, photographing your wedding requires more than just collecting photos from the ceremony. You deserve the professional services of Bryan’s Photography to tell a visual story of your once-in-a-lifetime ceremony and celebration.
