1) What is a "Memory Mate"?

A memory mate is a sporty mounting folder that includes a 3x5 individual photo and a 5x7 team or group photo.

2) Can I order a special plaque for a team coach?

Yes. We do offer a special "Coach's Plaque". For details, please ask the photographer on the day of the shoot or contact our office.

3) What do the photos look like?

Please visit our "Sample Sports Photos"page to see what some of our work looks like. If you would like to have some sample photos sent to you by email or through postal mail, please complete the form on our "Contact Us" page to request information or contact our office.

4) How can I reorder the photos I receive?

We are glad that you like your photos so much that you would like to reorder more. We hope that it will soon be possible to reorder photos over the internet. Until that feature is available, please contact our office and we will tell you how to reorder through the mail. Please note that requests for reorders must be received in our office within 120 days of the original shoot date.

5) What if I am unhappy with the photos I receive?

We hope that all of our clients are very pleased with their photos. If for some reason, you are not happy with your photos, please contact our office within 90 days of the original photo shoot date and we will resolve the problem.

6) What if I don't receive everything I ordered?

Check with your Team Coach, Club President, Director, or Principal to see if they still have the photos that you are missing. If they are unable to locate your photos, please contact our office within 90 days of the original photo shoot date.

7) Where do I pick up my photos?

Your Team Coach, Club President, Director, or Principal should have the photos about 3 weeks after the shoot date. Typically the photos are brought to the next game, meeting, practice, rehearsal, or class after they are returned.
