For your convenience, we accept cash, money orders, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Please be aware that there is a return check fee on all returned checks.
Yes. We sell 5x7 and 8x10 team and group photos as part of packages and also separately. If you contact us, we may also be able to order larger sizes.
Yes. If you are not interested in a team or group photo, it is possible to order only individual photos. We have created several special packages that do not include a group photo.
If you are unable to attend the photo shoot on the date that your group has been scheduled, it is still possible to have an individual photo taken. Please contact our office and we can tell you when we will be in your area in the future so that you can have your picture taken or if it will be necessary to schedule an appointment to have your individual photo taken in our studio.
Yes. We can accept orders after the date of the shoot. If you choose to order later, please make sure that a photo is taken on the scheduled shoot date. Also, make sure that you are given the photo identification number for the order that you would like to make. Please note that there is a reorder fee for any orders received after the date of the shoot. We cannot guarantee that late photo orders will be returned with other orders. Late orders typically are delivered on a later date.
Yes. For everyone that appears in his or her own photograph, a separate order form and a separate payment are required. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but it is necessary to make processing the order as speedy and as accurate as possible.
